The Original "After-Market" Snow Peak (SP)Titanium Lids
I made the first lid for Jason Klass for his SP 600 mug, as a gift for a review he did on the “Bushcooker Lt Ti” stove.
He felt that there was a need in the backpacking community for after-market titanium lids, and proposed that we work together to offer the different lids to new customers.
These lids were first offered in aluminuim--but I thought: "Why would you want an aluminuim lid for a titanuim pot?" So, I now make these Snow Peak lids in titanium--and boy, are they tough. Don't let their light weight fool you!
My lids are copied, but never duplicated. This product comes with a lifetime guarantee on workmanship--so it'll never let you down on the trail.
With free shipping to US customers--this is a better buy then others lids made from aluminuim--once postage added to order.
I have expanded the line of lids to include lids that fit these models of Snow Peak mugs/pots/bowls:
SP 450, SP 600, SP 700, SP 900, SP 1400, SP Bowl Lid
Olicamp models: Space Saver Mug, XTS Pot, GSI Haulite Minimalist
PLEASE NOTE; All my lids are handcrafted for heavy outdoor use, not to be placed in a curio cabinet.
If you are concered about minor imperfections that in no way hurt the performence or durabilte please don't order!!!
So get it and get it dirty !
Specs:
The lids are formed using .013 titanium with a hardwood lifting handle (US Made) attached with a stainless steel screw for lifting off the mugs and bowls. The SP 600 and SP 700 lids are offered with out or with strainer holes. The SP 900 and larger sizes are slightly domed for added strength.
All orders ppd (post paid) by US postal service except outside USA.
Please allow 2-10 days for delivery, where not Amazon.
Overseas orders will have to add $10.00 to shipping
Handcrafted in St. Francis, Minnesota--USA

The pot lid from Four Dog is a great alternative to the SP1400 skillet lid if you're mainly eating directly from the pot itself. It sits perfectly on the pot, is a couple hairs lighter than the skillet lid, and reduces the overall packed height of the kit by about an inch. I see myself still packing the skillet along to use mainly as a bowl/alternative cooking surface, but I'm happy to have this lid as it will definitely serve it's purpose better than the skillet.
Excellent product from the folks at Four Dog. Quality of work will surely have me coming back down the road.

Recommended by a friend who also uses a MSR ti kettle. Order was filled and shipped promptly. The ti lid is lighter than my original lid and fits loosely so it does not pull the pot off balance when your checking for a boil. The original lid on MSR ti kettles is a tight fit and a bit of a pain to wrestle off when its full of liquid or food on a small based alky or canister stove stand. The ti lid is stronger than aluminum as well. The wooden knob and screw that come with the pot are hefty for gram weanies but I didn't mark down for that 'cause they can easily be changed out for lighter materials. Nice job 4 dog stoves. Good to have you making gear for the UL BPing community :)
