Anyone who cooks on a wood stove needs a heat diffuser to stop burning oatmeal, grits, & ride. This one is lite, small, efficient, and indestructible.

The heat diffuser is a lite weight device used for eliminating hot spots in you pans and pots while cooking. Very useful glad I got one.
