I received the package on saturday night, i was amazed at the build and sturdiness of the stove and quality and detail of it. I ordered the Bushcooker LT II with the Mors Pot kit. Sunday I took it out for a trial run 33 degrees and snowy a wet heavy snow. i had split up some seasoned wood and cut to finger length. all about pencil diameter. With in minutes I had boiling water for couple cups of coffee. again that afternoon still snowing heavy Boiled up some water for a rice meal with pepperoni added in I let it simmer over the remaining coals. it cooked perfectly. This morning I awoke to -7 degrees and windy. I braved the cold and wind with my new stove and windscreen and half a liter of water. I used the remaining wood I had prepared the day before and a couple of vaseline soaked cotton balls which i refer to as snot balls. i lit the snot balls fed the smaller wood in and within a few minutes I had a nice hot fire, placed my mors pot on the stove and added a few more sticks. the stove performed perfectly and boiled my coffee water up filling the cold air with steam and smoke. needles to say i enjoyed my coffee inside the house with the windchill going as low as -30. Thank you for a fantastic product.

First of all, I want to say that Don was great in getting the stove shipped out in a timely fashion before my recent backpacking trip into the Glacier Peak Wilderness. Based on a different review I was concerned the stove would not arrive in time for my trip, but it did. Not only that, Don accidentally forgot to send me some of the fuel tabs with my order. He got them to me before I left as well, and even sent me extra. Thanks Don!
The stove worked like a champ. I was in a group of 3 and we used the stove every single day to boil water for coffee and cooking. We even baked pizza and cinnamon rolls on it! I found that by using one fuel tablet on the bottom of the stove and then adding my wood on top of it I was able to boil water in around 6 minutes. Even my initially skeptical 71 yr old step father, who is a long time backpacker was won over by this stove.
Bottom line is if you want the versatility of different fuel types in a compact lightweight package then this is a wonderful stove that works.
