Stove Specifications:
5 Reasons to Get a Four Dog Steel Stove:
1. MORE EFFICIENT HEAT: True airtight door with a high temp gasket for a air tight seal makes for a superior stove! You also get a baffled fire box that makes the stove 20-30% more efficient then other stoves, by forcing flames to go around the baffle before exiting the firebox. This means more heat and comfort to you, and it keeps the heat in the fire box--not up the pipe!
All Four Dog stoves allow you to burn less wood, have more heat with less work
(Meaning: you have more time to relax and enjoy yourself on the trial).
2. SAFER: The airtight door allows complete control of your burn. Close the air intake, and the fire is out--no run away fires. Baffle makes the stove safer by forcing flame and sparks to go around the baffle instead of straight up the stove pipe. Reduces chances of hot sparks or embers getting sucked up the pipe causing a fire or burn holes in the tent.
3. GREAT FOR COOKING: The baffle creates a hot spot on top of stove for cooking or boiling water. Without the hot spot made by the baffle, most of the heat would go up the stove pipe, forcing the stove operator to run the stove much hotter--which results in burning more wood, making more work, overheating the tent and increasing cooking times.
4. DURABILITY : The Four Dog Steel Stove shell is 13 gauge steel, with reinforced top and door opening. Door is 10 gauge steel. This stove is meant to take heavy use for years to come, and is built "mule tough" through and through.

I received my Fourdog stove package last week. I'm using it in the mountains of PA for whitetail deer and Black bear hunts, as well as for steelhead fishing on the Lake Erie tribs. Overall the stove is built like a tank. The weld seams are a work of art. And I love that the stove pipe, water jacket, shelf, and legs all fit inside the firebox for storage and transport. The stove really is air tight, and the whole setup drafts perfectly. My Cabelas Bighorn 3 tent with optional vestibule is fairly big, and this stove can run you out of it if you don't adjust the damper down. It dipped into the 20*s when on our white tail archery hunt! and we stayed nice and toasty. The stove cooks great too. We threw the coffee percolator on top and had hot joe in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend the Fourdog products. A truly awesome MADE IN THE USA product with high quality craftsmanship.
Now I have only one wish / suggestion, and it's mostly because I live in western PA. It would be awesome if there was an optional coal basket / grate that I could buy for the bottom, both to draft our anthracite coal properly and to protect the stove bottom a little bit. At night, with the stove loaded with wood, and damped down, I was getting burn times in the 5-6hr range. Which is awesome. But it would be nice to be able to toss some coal in it because it's so cheap here where I live.
Over all I would definitely buy from Fourdog again. Get the stove and don't look back.

I probably should have gotten something smaller but it definitively does the job - maybe I just need to get a bigger tent!
Thanks
